Psychometry is a skill by which a reading is by an object of touch . In handling the object the subject expert can pick up events or emotions or details about people connected with the object . Many subject experts will start off a reading by asking for an object belonging to the querist so that they can tune in to their personal vibration .
How does psychometry works ? When you touch something you leave an energy patternor psychic imprint on it . It is as though you are leaving a magnetic recording directly on a tape . The stronger the emotions of the person handling the object teh clearer teh imprint or signature that is left . How to practice psychometry exercise
1 ) Ask a friend for an object that belongs to them
2 ) Sit and relax . Tune into your alpha state
3 ) Hold the object in one hand and cup it with the other hand
4 ) See what images begin to enter your mind . Don’t judge them or worry about hem making sense
5 ) Say aloud what has come into your mind . Thew more you practise the more confident you will become in voicing thoughts even if they don’t make immedaite sense . You can ask your friend questions to confirm what you are thinking but it is better to ask yes / no questions that might give you too much information and steer you away from your intuition .

Remote viewing
Remote viewing is being able to view a place or object that is hidden from the viewer or at a distance . In remote viewing experiments the viewer may be blind to the target in other words not told what the targets is . This is an area that has attracted a great deal of experiments . This exercise takes around five to ten minutes
1 ) Ask a friend to select several photographs withour showing them to you and put them in an envelope . Preferably each image should be as diferent as possible with clear features
2 ) Make sure you have paper and pens in front of you
3 ) Relax close your eyes take several deep breathes and go to your alpha state
4 ) Take each sealed envelope in turn
5 ) Imagine that you can see through the envelope
6 ) What umpressions do you have ? Start to sketch any impressions that come through . These impressions are likely to be fuzzy , half clear images
7 ) Notice shapes and lines , colors , smells , sounds , textures or tastes
8 ) The key is to be prepared to take a risk . Even if something you see appears illogical draw it anyway . This is often teh piece of inforamtion that is msot accurate . This way you will learn to dsitinguish psychic images from mental clutter . It does not matter if what you sketch makes any sense to you at the time . it may make sense afterwards
9 ) Number the drawing and proceed to the next one
10 ) Show your friend your drawings . Make sure that you are objective about how successfully your remote viewing has been . Learn what was mental clutter and what was a clairvoyant image .

a ) To practice lucid dreaming . Ask before you go to sleep that you become aware of the moment when you begin to dream .Ask for particualr symbol to alert you to wake up within the dream
b ) When you wake and become aware that you are in a dream assert that you are directing the dream towards the area you wish to explore and note any answers

How to open your third eye
1 ) Close your eyes .Take a few deep breathes and relax down into an altered ( alpha ) state
2 ) With your eyelids closed and keeping your faced rlaxed move your eyes as if you are looking up at the point between your two eyebrows . Touch this point with the finger tips of your right hand
3 ) By rolling your eyes up you may be aware of white light at this point . If this is slow in coming , then relax your eyes. Slowly and very gently massage your third eye in a clockwise direction
4 ) As your third eye opens up you will see white or indigo light .Gradually other colors may emerge .
5 ) As the psychic channel becomes stronger and the curtains of the third eye are drawn . It is as though you are looking at a screen of images and visions
6 ) Watch the screen for not more than ten minutes
Closing down exercise
Everytime you do any psychic exerciseclose down your third eye and protect yourself . Here is a simple method
1 ) See the petals of your third eye closing up . Cover it in purple light
2 ) Finally wrap your whole body in a cloak of white light
3 ) Gradually feel your self in a body again . Move your legs and arms . Feel Yourself fully grounded and rooted in the material world
4 ) You can imagine roots coming our of your feet and growing deep into the earth
