You see ghosts because of ectoplasm . Ectoplasm is a mist like substance that is not completely solid but is physical enough to be photographed .Some ghosts can be seen in colour though most are white .Ghosts are discarnate spirits who are confused or unwilling to go into the light and so are trapped between dimensions . Telepathy is the method by which you can communicate with another person through thought .
