Weikfield IT Park Pune Vastu Case Study

Tuesday, 20 October 2026 by Anand Soni

It’s 2.5km from Pune Airport, in the flat Deccan plateau bowl, Mula-Mutha river system is 2.7km south. Here is a multi-system reading — these are traditional interpretive systems, not engineering advice.

1. Vastu Shastra

Core principle: orient to cardinal directions, Pancha Bhoota balance, Brahmasthan open.

  • Location & Shape: Park sits on relatively flat, rectangle plot on Nagar Road ~0.4km off main road. Flat = stable Kapha, good for commercial.
  • Facing: Main gate towards Nagar Road is Ishan-Kona to East-North-East. In Vastu, NE / East facing is considered Uttam for business — morning sun, wealth flow.
  • Strengths: East side is Nagar Road — open, low, constant movement = positive Prana. West side has heavier city fabric. This matches Vastu rule: East light, West heavy.
  • Watch: Viman Nagar has Viman Nagar Nala cutting nearby, and the plot is lower than Nagar Road in monsoon. Vastu calls South-West water logging as Nairutya dosha. Ensure SW blocks are heavier / taller and drains flow to NE.
  • Internal tip if you work there: Sit facing East or North. Keep NE corner of your cabin empty/light. Put server / heavy storage in SW.

2. Feng Shui (Form & Compass School)

  • Form: The site is “Armchair” in reverse: road in front as Ming Tang (Bright Hall), buildings behind. Good, but Nagar Road is fast Yang — needs a buffer. The complex has a set-back and hotel in front, which acts as a buffer — good.
  • Compass: At 18.5°N, Flying Star Period 9 (2024-2044). NE facing building in Period 9 is facing 45-60° — double facing star combination can be good for commerce if water in front. Water feature at Hyatt entrance helps activate.
  • Qi flow: Multiple blocks create wind tunnels — Sha Qi. Landscaping between Block C and D is important to slow Qi.

3. Geomancy (Western & Arabic)

  • Spirit of place: Historically this was former Weikfield agro-industrial estate (food processing). Geomancy reads that as Taurus/Venus land — fertile, food-producing turned into mind-producing (IT). Transition is auspicious: earth to air.
  • Divination reading: Geomantically, a rectangular IT park on a trade route (Pune-Ahmednagar highway) is Via — the Road — success through movement and communication. Perfect for IT.

4. Geodesy / Sacred Geodesy

  • Latitude: 18.56°N is close to 19.47°N, the ancient Ujjain latitude used in Indian geodesy as prime meridian. Pune is traditionally calculated from Ujjain.
  • Topography: Pune saucer-shaped with hills on all sides. Viman Nagar is in the saucer bottom, not on hill edge — geodetically stable, less shear stress. No known fault line under the park. Good for long-term data centers.
  • EMF: Near airport radar (2.5km) + high-tension corridor on Nagar Road = geopathic stress markers in Bau-biologie. Floors 4+ are less affected.

5. Tiang Seri / Malay Feng Shui

  • Malay system looks for Seri — life-force — where tall trees, water, and earth meet.
  • Weikfield site has few old Banyan trees preserved inside (unlike Kharadi IT parks). That is Seri. The Mula river is 2-3 km south, acting as the “Ular” — serpent water behind. Good, but you need small internal water (fountain) in SE to balance.
  • Entrance should not face directly at T-junction. Block D entrance is slightly skewed — this is intentional in Tiang Seri to avoid “Tusukan”.

6. Maharishi Sthapatya Veda

  • Strictest Vedic system: building should face exactly East, Brahmasthan (center) open, no building in SW of plot.
  • Weikfield Citi is not pure Sthapatya — blocks are angled to road, not true East, and have central atriums that are closed. Maharishi system would say Pranic flow is fragmented.
  • Remedy in this system: Keep central courtyard clean, install kalash on NE roof, work facing East. Avoid SW corner cabins if possible.

7. Bau-Biologie (German Building Biology)

  • Modern health lens: Looks at materials, air, electrosmog, light.
  • Positives: Newer Blocks C/D are LEED-ish, good daylight, cross ventilation.
  • Negatives: Nagar Road traffic = PM2.5, noise >65dB. Very Expensive price level often means sealed glass facade = VOC buildup. Low-E glass helps heat but reduces negative ions.
  • Advice: If you lease here, measure CO2 after 2pm, use plants (Areca palm, not succulents), and avoid basement seating — Radon is low in Deccan trap but ground-floor dampness is real.

8. Astrology (Muhurta / Sthana)

  • Pune chart: 18°31’N 73°51’E is historically seen as under Kanya (Virgo) in Jaimini — analytical, IT, service. Viman Nagar name itself (Air City) = Vayu Tattva.
  • Park’s nakshatra: Site at 18.56N sits in Bharani Pada — Yamadeva — transformation from old industry to knowledge. Good for tech product companies, less for pure speculative trading.
  • Muhurta if moving in: For IT, Buddh (Mercury) hora, Pushya, Anuradha, Dhanishtha nakshatra, Tuesday/ Wednesday opening is traditionally preferred. Avoid Rahu Kalam on Nagar Road (heavy traffic = Rahu).

9. Numerology

  • Address numerology: 411014 = 4+1+1+0+1+4=11=2. 2 is Moon — collaboration, client services. Suits IT services, BPO, hospitality (Hyatt).
  • Name: WEIKFIELD = W(5)+E(5)+I(9)+K(2)+F(6)+I(9)+E(5)+L(3)+D(4)=43=7. 7 is Ketu/research, analysis. IT Citi Info Park = 7+? Combined 43+? = Again 7. Double Ketu = deep tech, R&D, not mass retail.
  • Tower C: Most occupied, houses WNS etc. Letter C=3 Jupiter — growth.

Practical synthesis for you

If you’re evaluating a office / investment there:

Best per all systems: Block C or D, 3rd-5th floor, cabin facing NE/East, with open view to Nagar Road, away from direct road noise. Keep NE light.

Avoid / remedy: Ground floor SW corner units (water + traffic + afternoon heat). If you have to take it, use heavy partition in SW, light colors in NE, and a small water fountain in North.

Nanospace IT Park, Baner-Pashan Link Road, Pune Vastu Case Study

Tuesday, 20 October 2026 by Anand Soni

Site anchored: Nano Space IT Park, 1B, Baner-Pashan Link Rd, Baner, Pune 411045 Coordinates: 18.552036 N, 73.795291 E

This is different from Cerebrum – Baner is West Pune, at foothills of Baner Hill, on Baner-Pashan Link Road. Modern low/mid-rise IT complex (G+4/5), not a high-rise glass tower. Surrounded by residential, Capital Building next door, Pashan lake / hills to West-Northwest.

1. Vastu Shastra

  • Land: Baner-Pashan link is gently sloping down from Baner Hill (West) to East. West high, East low – Excellent as per Vastu. West heavy = stability, as it should be.
  • Orientation: Main road is on East side, so complex faces East – Indra / Surya Mukhi. Best possible for IT – morning energy, growth, visibility.
  • Hill as support: Baner Hill to West acts as natural protection (like a big Vayavya mound) – very good.
  • Vastu Dosh: No river to South directly, Pashan lake is NW, not ideal but not bad. Road hitting at T-junction to some blocks can create Vedh.
  • Vastu Score: 8.5/10 – significantly better than Cerebrum for Vastu. For office: Keep entrance in North-East of your unit, owner seat in SW facing East/North.

2. Feng Shui

  • Form School: Perfect Form – Black Tortoise is Baner Hill behind (West), Green Dragon & White Tiger are neighboring buildings along Link Road, Red Phoenix / Bright Hall is the wide Link Road in front (East). Textbook excellent.
  • Compass: East-facing building at 18.55N. In Period 9, East facing is “Prosperous Facing” – wealth at door. Much better than West-facing Cerebrum.
  • Qi flow: Less glass, more solid walls = Qi retained better. Not too windy, as hill blocks harsh monsoon westerlies.
  • Feng Shui Score: 8/10. Cure: Keep front (East) clear, no big hoardings blocking. Use water feature in North of office.

3. Geomancy & Geodesy

  • Geodesy: At edge of hill, Deccan trap basalt meets alluvial soil. Transition zones have slightly higher geopathic stress lines (hill fault lines). Baner area is known for underground water veins flowing from hill to Mula river.
  • Geomancy: Underground water = Hartmann lines active. Some offices here report needing to shift desks due to “uneasy spots” – typical of Baner-Pashan belt.
  • Score: 6/10 – good topologically, but needs geopathic stress check with L-rods for exact desk. Avoid sitting directly over underground parking ramps.

4. Tiang Seri (Malay Geomancy)

  • Tiang Seri reading: This area still has many old Banyan / Peepal along Pashan Road. If a large tree is preserved inside campus, it is the site guardian. Tiang Seri favours sites at hill foot (kaki bukit) – this is exactly that – considered fertile, good for long-term business.
  • History: Was farmland/banjar till early 2000s, not cemetery – clean. Good.

5. Maharishi Sthapatya Veda (MSV)

  • MSV Score: 5.5/10. Better than Cerebrum because:
    • East facing aligns with MSV preference (East is Vedic best).
    • Lower height, more connected to earth.
  • Still violates: No perfect Brahmasthan (center used for building), not cardinal-exact, mixed proportions. But if you take a square office inside with East entrance, you can make a 90% MSV compliant room easily, unlike in a twisted glass tower.

6. Bau-Biologie

  • Materials: Kotle Patil / Nanospace construction is conventional RCC but with smaller glass ratio than Cerebrum – less heat gain, lower AC load.
  • EMF: Much lower EMF than Kalyani Nagar dense park. Fewer towers, more open.
  • Air & Light: West side hill provides green ionised air in evening. Natural light from East is excellent for circadian rhythm – Bau-Biologie ideal.
  • Bau-Biologie Score: 7.5/10 – Better for health than Cerebrum. Improvement: Cross-ventilation possible, use lime paints, avoid basement offices (radon from hill rock is slightly higher here).

7. Astrology

  • Location astrology: Baner-Pashan is West Pune, ruled by 7th house of partnership from city center, good for collaborations, startups with foreign clients (7th = foreign).
  • Mundane: Baner hill is ruled by Mars (small hill). Mars + East-facing Sun = good for energetic, sales-driven IT, product startups, not just services.
  • If you run business: East-facing supports Surya in Lagan if you open in morning muhurta – good for founder visibility.

8. Numerology

  • Name: NANOSPACE IT PARK
    N=5 A=1 N=5 O=6 S=1 P=7 A=1 C=3 E=5 =28 + IT=4 + PARK=16 = 48 => 4+8=12 => 3. Jupiter 3 – expansion, creativity, marketing.
Cerebrum was Master 11 (intense tech vision), Nanospace is 3 (growth, sales, client communication).
  • Address 411045: 4+1+1+0+4+5=15 => 6 => Venus – money, comfort, clients – excellent for business park.
  • Baner-Pashan Link Rd name total is also 6 friendly.
  • Numerology Score: 8/10 for business growth, 6/10 for deep tech R&D.

If your work is:

Startup, product, client-facing, sales, need growth and health – Nanospace is overall better across almost all 8 systems, especially Vastu, Feng Shui, and Bau-Biologie. Want me to do exact desk placement for a unit in Nanospace? Give me floor, unit no. (e.g., 401A Part 1) and which side your door faces.

Vatika Business Centre Pune Vastu Case Study

Tuesday, 20 October 2026 by Anand Soni

This is for the main Pune centre: Level-5, Block C, Tech Park One, Airport Road, Shastrinagar, Yerawada, Pune 411006
Coords: 18.5543 N, 73.8914 E Second location is Sky Belvedere, Viman Nagar opposite Symbiosis Law College. Both are in the same micro-market This is a desktop assessment based on location, urban form, and building typology of Tech Park One.

1. Vastu Shastra

Tech Park One is a Panchshil development on Airport Road. The complex is aligned roughly along Airport Road / Loop Road, which runs NW-SE. The main internal access is from Airport Road to the North-East.

  • Orientation: For a Level-5 office, entrance direction matters more than building direction. Block C lobby faces North-East to East. In Vastu, North-East entrance is highly favorable for IT / consultancy / knowledge work.[Ishanya]
  • Site factors: Yerwada is on a slight slope towards Mula-Mutha river to the South. South is slightly higher than North in this part of Yerwada – this is inverse to ideal Vastu (ideally North-East low, South-West high). Remedy is symbolic weight in South-West of your cabin.
  • Internal layout for you:
    • Owner / main cabin: South-West, facing North or East.
    • Finance / cash: North – Kubera zone. Keep safe facing South opening to North.
    • Reception: North-East.
    • Pantry / heat: South-East – Agni. Tech Park One pantries are already SE in many blocks, which is correct.
    • Toilets: Avoid North-East. In this building, common toilets are North-West / West, which is acceptable.

2. Feng Shui

  • Form School: Tech Park One is surrounded by other towers, with open parking in front. No sharp Sha Chi from flyover. Airport Road is a busy “Yang water road” bringing Qi. Your floor is high enough to avoid road-level sha.
  • Flying Stars – Period 9 (2024-2043): This building was built 2011 – Period 8 building. In Period 9, the original Period 8 facing is now in retreat. For a NE-facing tower, you need to activate current wealth stars 9. Remedy: Bright lights, movement in South (the current Li palace). Avoid clutter in North.
  • Desk: Facing your Sheng Chi. For best results, sit with solid wall behind you, facing door, not directly in line with it.

3. Western Geomancy / Geodesy

  • Ley lines: Pune sits on Deccan basalt plateau. Tech Park One is on Survey No. 191A/2A/1/2 – hard rock, not alluvial. Good for geodesy – low geopathic stress compared to river-bed areas like Bund Garden.
  • Electromagnetic: Yerwada has high-tension corridor near Airport Road. On Level-5, background EMF is lower than ground floor. The biggest stressor will be internal: dense Wi-Fi, server room in centre. Keep desks 3m+ away from electrical riser.
  • Grid: Approximate Hartmann / Curry – you will need dowsing on site, but basalt generally reduces Hartmann intensity.

4. Tiang Seri / Thai Spirit House

Yerwada has strong colonial + military history. Tiang Seri tradition says don’t build spirit house where shadow of main building falls on it. In a high-rise business centre like this, you cannot place it. Alternative: Place a small Brahma / Ganesha on a high shelf in North-East of your office space, with daily water / flower, facing out. The Viman Nagar location near Mhada colony has more open sky – better for this.

5. Maharishi Sthapatya Veda

  • Ideal: Brahmastan (centre) empty, East-facing entrance, no activity in South-West.
  • Tech Park One violates this because it’s a rectangular IT tower with central core. For MSV compliance: Keep centre of your rented suite free – use as meeting or empty zone. Keep entrance East. Work facing East – this aligns with sunrise at Pune 18.55N. Maharishi recommends 0.9x Vastu Purusha proportion – Level-5 slab is standard, so use light-colored wood in East to balance.

6. Bau-Biologie [German Building Biology]

This is where Tech Park One scores well:

  • Site: Grade B – not on landfill, not over water. 4-star GRESB rated park means better air handling than typical Pune buildings.
  • Risks: Sealed glass facade = low air ions, high VOC from carpets. Bau-Biologie remedy: Live plants [Areca, Snake plant] per 10 sqm, use HEPA air purifier, keep CO2 <1000ppm. Avoid sitting directly under AC VAV box.
  • Light: North light in Pune is diffuse and best. South glass has glare after 11am. Use 4000K indirect lighting.

7. Astrology / Muhurta

  • Pune Yerwada is under Kanya Rashi belt in city astrology. Tech Park One’s foundation Nakshatra period (2010-11) was late Meena.
  • For office opening: Avoid Rahu Kaal 4:30 PM daily, and Bhadra. Best day: Pushya Nakshatra on Wednesday or Thursday, Shubh Hora of Mercury. For Pune longitude 73.89E, add -22 mins to IST for local true time.

8. Numerology

  • Address vibration: Tech Park One Tower = 191A/2A/1/2 => 1+9+1+2+1+1+2 = 17 => 8 = Saturn = good for discipline, MNC work, slow but stable growth.
  • Vatika = 22/4 – master builder number. Good for infrastructure business.
  • Level-5, Block C: 5 = Mercury = business centre, communication. C = 3. 5+3 = 8 again. So entire setup resonates to 8. If your personal number is 1,2,5 – this is draining. You will need to add 6 (Venus) – add 6 plants, or keep company name total to 6.

Practical checklist if you take a cabin there:

  1. Take North-East cabin if available, South-West for leadership.
  2. Desk facing East/North, back to South-West wall.
  3. Do a EMF sweep for your specific seats near riser.
  4. Keep centre free, add 2-3 large air-purifying plants.
  5. Enter on Pushya Nakshatra, first invoice in North.

If you tell me exact cabin number, seat number, and your birth details / company name, I can give you precise desk direction, Flying Star chart for that unit, and name correction.

Cerebrum IT Park Kalyani Nagar Pune Vastu Case Study

Tuesday, 20 October 2026 by Anand Soni

Location anchored: 18.544876 N, 73.91131 E – B3 Building, Marigold Complex, Near D-Mart, Kalyani Nagar, Pune 411014. This is part of KUL Kumar Cerebrum IT Park complex on Holy Cross Road.

It’s a modern glass + concrete IT park – 3 blocks (B1, B2, B3), roughly rectangular, long axis approx NW-SE, main road on west, Mula-Mutha river ~1km south. Exact internal floor plan varies by unit, so this is a site-level reading. For a specific office (e.g. B3-1st floor 353 sq ft) you’d need entrance direction + desk position.

1. Vastu Shastra

  • Land & Shape: Kalyani Nagar is relatively flat, slightly sloping towards the river in south – good, as per Vastu south should be heavier/higher, but here south is lower. This is compensated by tall buildings on south side of the complex acting as “weight”.
  • Orientation: Main complex faces West to Holy Cross Road. West-facing is Shani / Saturn – excellent for IT, BPO, Saturn-ruled businesses – stable income, long-term contracts. Not ideal for quick retail, but perfect for tech park.
  • Zones: B3 sits on the eastern edge of the cluster. East is Surya. B3 getting morning sun is good for startups, coding productivity.
  • Entrance: For a West-facing block, ideal entrance is NW (Vayavya) for IT. Most units in Cerebrum have NW or North entries – favorable.
  • Vastu Score: 7/10 for IT business. Remedy if you are in B3: Keep your main server / heavy storage in South-West, reception in North-East, finance seat facing North (Kubera).

2. Feng Shui (Form School + Compass)

  • Form: No mountain behind, but neighboring high-rises to West and North act as “Tortoise and Dragon”. Open to East towards D-Mart parking = Ming Tang (bright hall) – good for opportunity.
  • Compass: Building at ~18.5N, facing ~260° West. In Period 9 (2024-2044), West facing is facing the “Double Star to Front” – wealth star at front. Good for Period 9.
  • Energy flow: Glass facade creates too much Qi leakage. Need to slow down Qi at entrance.
  • Feng Shui Score: 6.5/10. Enhancement: Use solid partition behind your seat, avoid desk directly facing glass door. Add wood element (plants) in East corner of your office.

3. Western Geomancy & Geodesy

  • Geodesy: On Deccan basalt plateau, stable shield – low seismic geopathic stress compared to Himalayan belt. Coordinates place it on a relatively neutral zone, not on major fault.
  • Geomantic reading: The river to south forms a natural energy boundary. The park is slightly elevated from riverbed = positive. Ley line check: No known Nadi intersection directly under B3.
  • Ba-Gua Earth acupuncture: High density of EMFs from dense IT cabling, DG backup (100% DG noted in listings) – artificial geopathic stress.
  • Score: 7.5/10 geologically, 5/10 EM-wise.

4. Malay Tiang Seri / Saka Site Spirit

  • Tiang Seri principle: Looks for large old trees as site guardian. Kalyani Nagar development removed most old trees, but Marigold complex retained some. If there is a large neem / peepal preserved in complex – that is the Tiang Seri. Must not be cut.
  • Interpretation: Site is “tanah bekas kebun” – former farmland – generally clean, no burial ground history. Good. Requires respect to Bhumidevata before renovation (small earth-breaking puja still common in Pune offices).

5. Maharishi Sthapatya Veda (MSV)

MSV is much stricter than Vastu.

  • Brahmasthan: Central courtyard of whole Cerebrum complex is parking – violation (Brahmasthan should be open). So at complex level, not fully MSV compliant.
  • Orientation: True East is ~13° off magnetic east. MSV requires cardinal orientation to true cardinal. B3 is slightly off (approx 10-12° skew). Not perfect.
  • Proportion: Modern office cubicle violates Vedic proportions (Ayadi). Would need custom construction.
  • MSV Score: 4/10 as built. To make MSV-compliant office: Choose square room, entrance exactly East, keep center empty, head East or North while working.

6. Bau-Biologie (Building Biology)

This is the German science you asked for.

  • Materials: KUL construction is RCC + glass curtain. High in synthetic materials, low in natural breathing materials.
  • Indoor climate: Pune climate is hot semi-arid. Glass west-facing = high heat gain, heavy AC load. Reported 100% DG backup means high diesel particulate during outages.
  • Electrobiology: IT park = very high EMF – Wi-Fi, servers, inverters, mobile towers nearby.
  • Bau-biologie Score: 5/10. Mitigation: Use clay plaster / lime paint if landlord allows, add air-purifying plants (areca, snake plant), use wired LAN where possible, keep bedroom plants out but office plants in. Check formaldehyde from new furniture.

7. Astrology (Mundane + Sthana)

  • Pune Sthana Kundli: Pune city foundation generally taken as 1730, under Aries. Kalyani Nagar is East Pune – governed by 3rd house of city (communications) – perfect for IT.
  • For your business: If you start a company there, the Muhurta matters more than the building. West-facing Saturn building favors Shani in 10th, good for Saturn Mahadasha businesses (IT, law, hardware).
  • Nakshatra: The complex’s longitude 73.91E falls in Mula nakshatra pada? Actually at Pune it is roughly under Purva Phalguni zone in location astrology – good for corporate branding.

8. Numerology

  • Address Numerology: “Cerebrum IT Park B3” -> C=3 E=5 R=9 E=5 B=2 R=9 U=3 M=4 = 40 + IT=2+2=4 + Park=16 + B3=2+3=5 => 40+4+16+5=65 => 6+5=11 => Master 11. 11 is excellent for IT – innovation, tech vision, but high-strung energy.
  • Pin 411014: 4+1+1+0+1+4=11 again Master 11. Double 11 – very strong tech vibration.
  • Building B3: 3 is Jupiter – expansion, knowledge – best block numerologically.
  • Numerology Score: 9/10 for knowledge work.

Overall Synthesis for you

Cerebrum IT Park is functionally very good for IT/ITES work as per modern systems (Vastu West-Saturn, Feng Shui Period 9 West-facing, Numerology 11), but only average as per strict natural-building systems (MSV, Bau-Biologie) because it’s a dense, glass-heavy, EMF-heavy commercial build with no Brahmasthan and high AC dependency.

If you are taking an office there, practical checklist:

  1. Choose North or North-East facing unit inside B3 if possible, desk facing North/East.
  2. Avoid seats with back to main glass door.
  3. Keep SW heavy, NE light and empty.
  4. For Feng Shui/Bau-biologie: add 2-3 large low-maintenance plants on East wall, use thick curtains on West glass to cut heat/Qi leak.
  5. Do a small Vastu Shanti / Bhoomi Pujan + place a Tiang Seri stone/coin at NE corner if renovating – satisfies both Indian and Malay spirit traditions.

Embassy Quadron Business Park Hinjewadi Pune Vastu Case Study

Tuesday, 20 October 2026 by Anand Soni

Embassy Quadron Business Park, Hinjewadi Phase 2 is a 25.5-acre, 4-tower SEZ campus at Plot 28, Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park — and across Vastu, Feng Shui and other geomantic systems it reads as a powerful but water-challenged, west-facing business mandala.

Address is Plot No. 28, SEZ, Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park, Phase II, Hinjewadi, Pune 411057. Campus is 1.9 million sq ft leasable, spread across four towers Q1-Q4 on 25.5-acre parcel with 4 major building Q1,Q2,Q3 AND Q4.

1. Vastushastra

  • Orientation: Main access is from Hinjewadi Phase 2 Road on the west/south-west. In Vastu, west entry is Shani / Saturn — good for IT, SEZ, stable long-term business, but not fast speculative gains. Ideal for MNC back-office.
  • Brahmasthan: Central landscaped zone between Q1-Q4 acts as open Brahmasthan, very positive — allows prana to circulate. Keep it unbuilt, green, no heavy parking.
  • Water element: Hinjewadi Phase 2 has chronic waterlogging issues — MIDC had to build 4 nullahs to manage runoff and natural streams are blocked. In Vastu, North-East should have water body. Here NE is low but blocked by construction — remedy: place a clean water feature / fountain in NE of each floor plate, keep NE clutter-free.
  • Slope: Terrain slopes west to east towards Mula river. Vastu prefers south-west high, north-east low — this matches natural slope, good for wealth flow if SW is heavy (Q1/Q4 are taller mass).
  • Groundwater: Table is severely depleted — “groundwater is not available till 450 feet” for Hinjewadi — Vastu says Jal tattva weak, so borewell in NE will be less effective; use rainwater harvesting already mandated.

Vastu rating: 6.5/10 — good plot shape (almost rectangular), strong SW, weak NE water, west-facing income stability. For your desk: face East or North-East, keep South-West wall solid.

2. Feng Shui (Xuan Kong)

  • Form School: Quadron is a “Four Pillars” formation — four solid mountains forming a courtyard. Excellent for partnership businesses, protects against sha from traffic. The main road is a “Fast Water Dragon” — high velocity traffic brings rushing chi. Needs slowing — entrance canopy, curved driveway already does.
  • Flying Stars — Period 8/9 transition: Built 2008-2012. Original Period 8. Facing likely West 2 / East 2 (270°). That makes it a double 8 at front — wealth at front door, but Period 9 (2024-2044) shifts to fire. IT (fire element) companies will prosper here now. West-facing GWP is good for tech.
  • Waterlogging = Water Sha: Repeated flooding in Phase 2 indicates trapped water sha at base — cure with moving water at periphery, not stagnant.

Feng Shui advice: Use red / purple accent in reception (fire for Period 9), keep central atrium bright, avoid sitting with back to glass facing road.

3. Geomancy / Geodesy (European)

  • Site sits on Deccan Traps basalt. Low radon, good for European geomancy — not granite anomaly. Earth grids (Hartmann / Curry) — large steel-frame buildings distort lines, but 25-acre spread means multiple crossing points. Q2-Q3 intersection likely a geopathic stress zone — avoid permanent workstations exactly in middle of linking corridor.
  • Geodesy: Pune is 18.59N, 73.73E. Lies close to 73.5E — not a major telluric line, but Mula-Mutha watershed line runs parallel to Hinjewadi — water vein under Phase 2 explains flooding.

4. Tiang Seri / Malay Feng Shui

Tiang Seri focuses on semangat of land. Hinjewadi was formerly farmland and scrub — gentle, not burial ground, so semangat is neutral-to-positive. However, rapid cutting of trees and blocking of natural streams angers Penunggu — local guardian spirit of water. Classic Tiang Seri remedy: keep a large old tree (if any) or plant a Seri tree / Banyan in South-West corner as penjaga, and never close all water paths.

5. Maharishi Sthapatya Veda

  • Brahmasthan: Central garden is correct — Sthapatya requires open center.
  • Orientation: Maharishi prefers exact cardinal East facing. Quadron blocks are rotated ~15° off north to align with road, not cardinal — slight Vastu dosha per MSV: reduces coherence. Remedy: orient desk 100% east inside.
  • Proportion: 4 identical towers = wholeness / four directions — good for collective consciousness office.
  • Sun: Morning sun from East hits Q1 first — Q1 block best for leadership / CEOs per MSV.

6. Bau-Biologie (Building Biology)

This is where Quadron is weakest.

  • EMF: High-density IT SEZ = high WiFi density, 10+ kV substation nearby.
  • Air / VOC: Central AC, limited operable windows — “Natural ventilation limited due to central AC – Bau-Biologie prefers breathable”
  • Geology: “Granite base – low radon for Hyderabad. Pune Hinjewadi – basalt, also low.” — so radon is low, positive.
  • Noise: “Traffic noise from West >65dB, needs acoustic glass”.
  • Water: Over-exploited, hard.

Bau rating for similar Hinjewadi parks is noted as 2/5. Needs – operable windows, green walls, earthing mats, CO2 monitors, clay paint.

Bau fixes if you work there: Wired LAN over WiFi, Areca / Money Plant at desk, take grounding breaks in central park, use personal CO2 monitor, clay-based desk partition.

7. Astrology / Numerology

  • Numerology: Name QUADRON = Q(17)+U(3)+A(1)+D(4)+R(9)+O(6)+N(5) = 45 → 9 (Mars). BUSINESS PARK = 37 → 1 (Sun). Total 82 → 1 (Sun). Plot 28 = 1 (Sun). So 9+1 = Sun-Mars combination — very good for government, large corporates, competition, engineering. Mars = property, Sun = leadership. Not ideal for moon-type businesses (hospitality, care).
  • Astrology (Pune): Hinjewadi Phase 2 is West Pune — ruled astrologically by Saturn (west) + Mercury (IT). Shani + Budh yoga = technical labor, foreign clients. Current Saturn transit through Pisces (2025-27) aspects this west side — restructuring, which matches sale news of Embassy REIT expecting INR 1200 cr.
  • Muhurta: For moving in, best days are Wednesday / Saturday, Pushya nakshatra, enter facing east.

Summary recommendation for you:
If you take office there, choose Q1 or Q3, North-East corner, upper floor (3-6) to avoid flood + noise, desk facing East. Keep a small crystal globe + living plant in NE, solid wall behind you (SW). Avoid basement parking during June-July monsoon peak.

ICC Trade Towers Pune Vastu Case Study

Tuesday, 20 October 2026 by Anand Soni

ICC Trade Towers, Pune – as per location analysis

What it is: ICC Trade Centre, locally called ICC Towers, Senapati Bapat Road, Laxmi Society, Model Colony, Shivajinagar, Pune 411016. Coords: 18.5344°N, 73.8297°E. Two wings – A & B, Grade A commercial by Panchshil Realty, part of larger complex with ICC Tech Park and Marriott. Main road frontage is SB Road, which runs North-South, building faces East toward the road. Here is a multi-system reading. These are traditional knowledge systems, not modern science:

1. Vastu Shastra

Orientation: East-facing main entrance to SB Road is considered Purva Mukhi – excellent for commercial. Morning sun enters reception.

Strengths for Vastu:

  • Location: Shivajinagar is elevated compared to Mula-Mutha floodplain – stable ground.
  • Shape: Rectangular towers with regular floor plate – Brahma-sthana (central energy) not blocked.
  • Road: SB Road is a major artery on East side – gives good Prana flow, wealth corridor.
  • Water element: Mula river is ~1.2km North-East. NE is Ishan, water in NE is auspicious.

Challenges:

  • Two separate towers (A & B) creates a split. Ideally one single mass.
  • West side is Chaturshringi Hill – high ground in West is good, but if glazing is excessive West, heat gain = Pitta aggravation. Vastu remedy: use heavier material, less glass on SW.
  • Toilets in commercial towers often fall in NE if not checked – classic Vastu dosh. Check floor plan before leasing.

Vastu remedy: For office inside: keep NE light, open; keep SW heavy (records, cabin of owner), cash box/ safe in North. Entrance doormat red if East.

2. Feng Shui – Form & Compass School

SB Road acts as “River of Chi” – fast moving traffic brings Yang Chi. Building collects it.

  • Facing: East facing is Wood element – growth, expansion. Good for startups, trading companies (which is what ICC is for).
  • Back support: Chaturshringi Temple Hill to NW/W acts as “Black Tortoise” – protection behind. Very good.
  • Ming Tang (Bright Hall): Front parking / drop-off is narrow – Chi rushes past. Needs slowing: water feature, plants at entrance.
  • Flying Stars: Period 8 building (built ~2006-2008). East-facing in Period 8 has favorable 8-8 combination at front for wealth if front is open – which it is.

Feng Shui enhancement: Place water feature at North-East lobby, keep entrance well-lit, avoid sharp corners of opposite Pavilion Mall pointing at tower.

3. Geomancy – Western & Arabic

Site is at confluence of urban grids – Model Colony (old) + SB Road (new). Geomancy reads this as crossroads power spot. Good for commerce, trade, negotiation.

  • No graveyard or former marsh under (Shivajinagar was deccan basalt, not reclaimed).
  • Ley: The line from Parvati Hill – Chaturshringi – Khadki is a strong earth energy line in Pune lore. ICC sits just off it, receiving secondary strength without the volatility of direct line.

4. Geodesy

Geodetic check:

  • Elevation: ~560m ASL, Deccan Trap basalt – very stable, low liquefaction risk unlike East Pune clay.
  • Latitude 18.53N: Falls in tropical zone, sun path almost overhead. East face gets balanced light, not harsh like 23N+ buildings.
  • No magnetic anomaly: Deccan basalt is magnetic but uniform here, no reported Hartmann line crossing in records.

5. Tiang Seri – Malay Vernacular

Tiang Seri looks at mother tree and earth spirit.

  • Old Pune had Banyan (Vad) as Seri tree. SB Road had many Rain trees removed for road widening. Lack of old-growth tree at site = “site without penjaga”. Local remedy tradition would plant Ficus or Neem at SW corner to re-establish guardian.
  • Hill behind = considered protected by mountain spirit – good, no need to disturb.

6. Maharishi Sthapatya Veda

This is strict Vedic architecture – requires perfect orientation to cardinal directions, Brahmasthan open, Vastu Purusha head in NE.

  • Assessment: Modern high-rise with steel frame violates key principle – Brahmasthan should be open to sky. In a multi-storey tower, Brahmasthan is closed on all floors except top. So per Maharishi, not Sthapatya compliant as residential.
  • As office: If CEO cabin faces East, desk in SW facing East, it can partially align. Building axis appears ~12 degrees off true East (SB Road is not true North) – Maharishi requires <1 degree error.
  • Remedy: Maharishi would recommend yagya / installation of kalash at roof centre.

7. Bau-Biologie – German Building Biology

Technical health:

  • Positive: Basalt rock base = low radon vs granite areas of Pune. Good ventilation due to SB Road wind corridor.
  • Negative: Heavy traffic on SB Road = high particulates, EMF from dense telecom infra on terrace, full glass facade = Sick Building Syndrome risk, high AC reliance. Model Colony side better for air.
  • Recommendation: Indoor plants, CO2 monitoring, avoid cabins touching electrical risers, use wired internet over WiFi mesh.

8. Astrology – Sthana Kundli

Pune’s foundation: 8th March 1626 (Shahaji Maharaj). For a commercial building, we look at city.

  • Pune Rashi: Mithun? But for SB Road, dominant is Kanya – analytical, commerce. ICC being trade tower fits Kanya energy – trade, contracts, foreign tie-ups.
  • Nakshatra of site: Near Chaturshringi Temple (Devi). Goddess energy = protection for business. Starting a venture on Tuesday/Friday considered favorable here due to Devi proximity.
  • Not a Shmashan, not on former lake – no Pitru dosh of land.

9. Numerology

  • Address: ICC Trade Tower, 403 A/2. 403 = 4+0+3 = 7 (Ketu – analysis, IT, research). Very fitting – tenants are Yardi, Deloitte, IT firms.
  • Pincode 411016: 4+1+1+0+1+6=13=4 (Rahu) – innovation, foreign, unconventional. Again matches trade tower housing MNCs.
  • **Name ICC = I(9)+C(3)+C(3)=15=6 (Venus) – luxury, wealth, hospitality. Matches 5-star Marriott in same complex.
  • Combined: 7+4+6 = 17 = 8 (Saturn) – slow but long-term stable gains. Not for quick flipping, good for 5+ year leases.

Summary Verdict

For commercial use, this is a strong site across most systems: East facing, hill-backed, river to NE, basalt-stable ground. Best for: IT, consulting, trading, law, foreign liaison.

If you are selecting a specific office inside:

  1. Choose B Wing higher floor facing East/SB Road for maximum benefit.
  2. Keep your main cabin in SW, facing East/North.
  3. Avoid ground floor NE toilet block if possible.
  4. Add live plants at entrance to slow SB Road traffic Chi.

World Trade Center Pune Kharadi Vastu Case Study

Tuesday, 20 October 2026 by Anand Soni

World Trade Center Pune – Kharadi
Address: MIDC Knowledge Park, 1 Kharadi Rd, opp EON Free Zone, Pune – 411014
Coords: 18.5524N, 73.9483E – 20 acres, 4 towers, 1.6M sq ft, opened 2013 by Panchshil Realty

This is right in your eastern IT corridor, ~10.5 miles from Pimpri. Very different land than IHDP – basalt plateau, river bend.

Here is the 8-system scan:

1. Vastu Shastra

  • Plot Form: Almost rectangular 20-acre gate at eastern IT corridor entrance. Main gate faces Kharadi Road (West/North-West). In Vastu, West entrance is good for business-to-business, stable cash flow, Saturn energy. North-West is Vayu corner – excellent for international movement, exactly what WTC stands for.
  • Tilt: Towers are aligned ~15 deg off cardinal, slightly North-West tilt – acceptable, creates Ishaan cut in some towers. Tower 1 & 2 have better North-East open.
  • Water: Mula-Mutha river is 800m South-West. South-West water is Vastu dosha (wealth leak). But EON Free Zone lake is North-East of campus – perfect balancing water body. Panchshil kept central plaza open = Brahmasthan clear.
  • Best use: Tower 4 (18.550399N) is southernmost – avoids SW dosha most. For offices, choose North or East facing units, owner cabin in SW.

2. Feng Shui

  • Form: Classic “Armchair” – high ground at Kharadi hills behind (Black Tortoise), low front towards river (Red Phoenix), EON on left (Blue Dragon) slightly higher = very strong Dragon side for growth.
  • Facing: Main face West-NorthWest = Period 8 and Period 9. W facing in Period 9 has facing stars 9-9-9 for entrance – superb for global brand, MNC. This is why WTC brand fits here.
  • Qi Flow: 4 towers = 4 pillars, wind tunnel between Tower 1-2 can create rushing Sha. They mitigated with drop-off canopies and heavy landscaping.
  • Cure: South-West river needs Earth element strengthening – use yellow/granite in SW lobby.

3. Geomancy & Geodesy

  • Geology: On Deccan basalt, hard rock – low water vein risk unlike IHDP alluvium. High natural background radiation from basalt is slightly higher but stable.
  • Geodesy: 73.94E, 18.55N falls on 19N parallel sacred grid (Pune-Nashik line). Kharadi was ancient trade route to Ahmednagar – old caravan path = natural human movement line = good for commerce.
  • Geopathic: Check for basalt fault lines under Tower 3 area – Deccan trap has columnar joints. Modern raft foundation likely mitigated.

4. Tiang Seri / Malay Geomancy

  • Original land was agricultural with mango groves (Kharadi name = Kharad = thorny scrub). No old village graveyard. Tiang Seri spirit is of scrubland – need to appease with preserved trees. Panchshil preserved some Neem along roadside – good. No major old banyan cut. For Tiang Seri, South-West corner should have a heavy tree – they have parking, so plant a large Ficus.

5. Maharishi Sthapatya Veda

  • Score: Medium-High. Principles: symmetrical, Brahmasthan open, East light. WTC has symmetrical towers, central courtyard, 3-story high lobbies with East light penetration. Not fully Vedic because not exact cardinal orientation and no central Kalash/Vastu fence on all sides. For Maharishi, better to take higher floors where sunlight is pure and Brahmasthan effect is felt.
  • Head direction: North-East facing work gives maximum Sattva here.

6. Bau-Biologie

  • Strengths: LEED Gold / Platinum rated campus, low-E glass, 100% power backup, STP, WTP. Unlike IHDP’s biophilic resort feel, WTC is glass-steel high-performance. EMF is high due to dense IT load – request shielded cabins.
  • Air: Kharadi air is better than central Pune due to river corridor wind. But evening traffic on Kharadi road spikes PM2.5. Ensure office has independent fresh air handling (most WTC towers do).
  • Light: Deep floor plates >12m from window = need circadian lighting. Choose perimeter cabins.

7. Astrology (Mundane)

  • Pune Kharadi falls in Mithuna-Karka sandhi for city Vastu Purusha. Kharadi is under Budha (Mercury) – communication, trade – perfect for World Trade.
  • WTC opening year 2013 = Year of Rahu (Ketu year) – meant for foreign connections, which manifested as 330 WTCs network.
  • For personal muhurat: Kharadi road West-facing suits Shani and Budha lagna businesses – IT, consulting, export, legal. Not ideal for pure Agni businesses (restaurants) unless South-East kitchen.

8. Numerology

  • WORLD TRADE CENTER PUNE:
    W(5)+O(6)+R(9)+L(3)+D(4)=27=9, TRADE=16=7, CENTER=21=3, PUNE=21=3. Total 9+7+3+3=22=4. 4 = Rahu = foreign, technology, disruption – perfect for WTC Association global network. 22 master number = large institution.
  • Plot No 1 Kharadi: 1 = Sun = leadership, matches WTC brand – definitive address for international businesses.
  • 4 Towers: 4 again = Rahu, reinforces tech/foreign.
  • Opened 2013 = 6: Venus = luxury, amenities – explains premium expensive tag

Summary for you:

If IHDP was Wood element (creative, biophilic, Sun-dominant), WTC Kharadi is Metal + Rahu element (global, fast, Mercury-dominant). For a Pimpri-based person looking East:

  • WTC is better for: International business, client-facing MNC image, long-term asset, foreign collaborations.
  • Watch out: SW river dosha, wind-tunnel between towers, high EMF density. Remedy with Earth tones, heavy planting in SW, and choose Tower 1 or 4 North-East side.

IHDP Business Park – Plot 7, Sector 127, Noida Expressway Vastu Case Study

Tuesday, 20 October 2026 by Anand Soni

Location: 28.5344N, 77.3473E – on Taj Expressway, Yamuna floodplain edge. This is the park you asked about – luxury office / biophilic business center, IGBC Silver-certified Grade-A, marketed as Vaastu compliant with biophilic design philosophy of natural elements + modern tech.

Here is the cross-system reading:

1. Vastu Shastra

  • Site: Rectangular plot on Expressway, Sector 127. Expressway on East side = main entry from East = very auspicious (Surya mukhi). East entry brings early light for offices.
  • Surroundings: Yamuna River to West/South-West at ~1.5km. In Vastu, water in West is not ideal, but here it’s a distant floodplain, not a cut. The park compensates with internal water features, plants, living walls – that is Vastu remedy: Jal tatva in North-East.
  • Zoning as per layout photos: Open central court = Brahmasthan kept open/light – excellent for prana flow. They claim “clarity of mind, stimulation of creativity” as design intent – aligns with Vastu’s Sattvic space.
  • For office use: Good for IT, design, showrooms. Choose units with North-East facing desks, South-West for cabin owner, pantry in South-East. Avoid basement if possible due to high water table near Yamuna.

2. Feng Shui (Classical Form + Flying Star)

  • Form School: Expressway = fast Yang water dragon in front (Ming Tang bright hall). Building set back from road = good accumulation of Qi. No sharp Sha from opposite towers – Sector 127 is low-density.
  • Facing: Assuming main face East to Expressway, it’s sitting West. In Period 9 (2024-2044), East-facing is double 9 prosperity – very good for media, tech, showrooms.
  • Biophilic interior = Wood element dominance – excellent for creativity businesses. Water features inside control Fire of Expressway.
  • Cure needed: West group of buildings can get afternoon heat. Use metal element (white, circular planters) on West to exhaust.

3. Western Geomancy & Geodesy

  • Geodesy: On Indo-Gangetic alluvial plain, 200m elevation, Yamuna alluvium – low natural geopathic stress vs. Deccan trap basalt. Ley alignment roughly N-S along Yamuna.
  • Geopathic: Near floodplain = possible water veins under foundation. IGBC certification requires radon and soil testing, so mitigated. Ask management for soil resistivity report.
  • Grid: Falls near 77.34E – close to 77.5 E vastu meridian for Delhi. Good central channel.

4. Tiang Seri (Malay) / Land Spirit

  • Tiang Seri looks for Semangat of land – old trees, undisturbed earth. This is reclaimed farmland (Sector 127 was farmland till 2010s). No old Banyan/Peepal cutting reported = no Tiang Seri disturbance. The park’s claim of “greenest coworking, AQI 40-60% better than NCR” is exactly the Tiang Seri remedy – reintroducing spirit trees (they use Areca, Neem, living walls).

5. Maharishi Sthapatya Veda

  • Core rules: Brahmasthan open, East entrance, exact cardinal orientation, symmetry, Kalasha at top.
  • IHDP scores 3/4: Brahmasthan open courtyard visible in aerials, East entrance, low-rise symmetrical blocks. It is NOT strictly cardinal-perfect (Expressway is ~10 deg skewed), and no Kalasha. So Maharishi rating: Good but not ideal for meditation-based companies; excellent for creative/business. To align more, keep head East while working.

6. Bau-Biologie (German Building Biology)

  • This is where IHDP is strongest.
  • Air: Indoor air-purifying plants, campus greenery, IGBC Silver = low VOC, low EMF design. Their AQI claim directly addresses Bau-Biologie Criterion 1 (Indoor Air).
  • Materials: Biophilic wood/stone – natural, no synthetic showrooms. Check for full Bau-Biologie: ask for formaldehyde-free partitions and shielded wiring in cabins.
  • Light: Full-spectrum daylight in courtyard.
  • Risk: Sector 127 has high-voltage line 400m west – measure EM field on upper floors if you are sensitive.

7. Astrology (Mundane)

  • Noida Sector 127 falls in Kanya Rashi belt for Vastu Purusha of Delhi NCR. Yamuna = Shani’s place, gives slow but stable growth. East-facing business park on Shani’s river edge = good for Saturn-ruled industries: IT, export, handicrafts (IHDP = International Home Deco Park – Saturn = export).
  • Muhrat: For taking possession, best is Pushya, Anuradha, Uttarashada nakshatra with East-facing entry muhurat.

8. Numerology

  • IHDP = I(9)+H(8)+D(4)+P(7) = 28 = 1. 1 = Sun, leadership, best for headquarters, founders. Business Park = 6 (Venus – luxury, design) – matches luxury office claim.
  • Plot No 7: Ketu number – spiritual, detached, good for design, research, studios, but needs strong Sun remedy for aggressive sales. Pair with East entry (Sun) balances.
  • Sector 127 = 1+2+7=10=1: Again Sun – double 1 – leadership park. Good for independent firms, not ideal if you want partnership/JV (2).
  • Pincode 201304 = 2+0+1+3+0+4=10=1: Triple 1 – very Sun-dominant park. Weariness for employees if no Green balance – which they provide via biophilic design.

Overall Verdict:

This park is designed to offset its floodplain/West-water Vastu dosha with intense biophilia and East-facing wealth formation. From Bau-biologie and Vastu commercial, it’s one of the better parks in Noida.

If you plan to lease:

  • Pick East or North-East facing tower/unit
  • Keep CEO in South-West, facing North/East
  • Add extra live plants in North-West if your business is partnerships
  • Get an EMF reading on the floor you choose

Stellar IT Park Noida Sector 62 Vastu Case Study

Monday, 19 October 2026 by Anand Soni

Stellar IT Park is C-25, C Block, Phase 2, Industrial Area, Sector 62, Noida – 201309 – just 800m west of Embassy Galaxy Business Park

Specs that matter for energy reading: North-East facing, Basement + Ground + 7 floors, 6.3 lakh sq ft built-up, 51,000 sq ft floor plate, built 2008, on BHA Millennium Road, 3.9 stars from 530 reviews

This is a very different energy signature than Embassy Galaxy (West-facing, Saturn 8). Stellar is NE – and that changes everything:

1. Vastu Shastra

  • Facing North-East (Ishan Kona) – This is considered the most auspicious for an IT park in Vastu. NE is Devta, knowledge, IT, clarity. Your main entry gets morning light.
  • Plot: C-25 is rectangular, with BHA road on East side – good for revenue inflow. Large 51k sq ft floor plate means Brahma-sthana (center) can easily be left open – Stellar keeps it as lift lobby + atrium.
  • Strength: For your own unit, North or East facing workstations are naturally aligned here without needing correction. Water element in NE of complex helps.
  • Watchout: If your unit faces the internal parking basement ramp, that’s “bhu-dosham” – avoid units directly above ramp. Best is 2nd-6th floor, NE corner.

2. Feng Shui

  • Facing NE = 45 degrees: In 8 Mansions, NE is Gen trigram – Mountain, stability, knowledge. Perfect for IT product, education-tech, R&D.
  • Wealth: The main Qi mouth is NE – brings “Sheng Qi” (growth) for people whose Kua number is 8,6,7,2.
  • Form: C Block is slightly lower density than A Block where Embassy Galaxy sits, less Sha from opposite high-rises. The wide BHA road acts as a “Jade Belt” – curving, bringing slow wealth Qi, not fast piercing.
  • Cure if needed: Since NE can be too windy in winter, a solid high back (mountain) in SW of your office interior stabilizes.

3. Geomancy (Western)

  • Same Sector 62 alluvial plain, but C Block was developed later (2008 vs early 90s). Geomantic reading: younger earth, less industrial residue, more “air” element – better for startups, less for heavy manufacturing.
  • Location at C-25 is at a 4-road intersection in Phase 2 – a classic “power cross” – high activity but can scatter focus. Choose interior-facing unit, not corner directly at cross.

4. Geodesy

  • 28.61301 N, 77.36262 E. Elevation ~201m. Same Seismic Zone IV as Embassy. True North offset ~1.5°E here too.
  • Floor plate 51k is large – geodetic survey for Vastu compass must be done from building center, not phone at desk, to avoid steel deviation.

5. Tiang Seri (Thai)

  • Similar to Embassy Galaxy area – former farmland spirit. Because Stellar kept more open ground parking + setback, Tiang Seri tradition would say the land spirit was respected. The practice: keep a small spirit house or clean elevated plant corner at NE boundary of your floor. Keep toilets away from NE – Stellar’s design already does this, towers keep services in SW core.

6. Maharishi Sthapatya Veda (MSV)

  • This one is actually closer to MSV than Embassy Galaxy. MSV prescribes East or North entry, Brahmasthan clear, rectangular proportion 1:1.25.
  • Stellar’s NE facing + central core + 1:1.25-ish tower ratio is about 60-70% compliant for a speculative building – much better than typical West-facing parks.
  • To make a unit fully MSV-compliant: Keep exact center empty, sit facing East, ensure head is East while sleeping if you have a rest room, and use east-side entrance to your unit. Avoid beams over head.

7. Bau-Biologie (Building Biology)

  • Pros: 2008 construction = newer than Embassy (2007) but still pre-IGBC platinum era. Certified building per listings. Central AC, but floor height is better than Embassy’s G+6.
  • Cons to check: 630k sq ft with 1:1000 parking ratio means high car density. BHA road dust in Noida is high. Bau-Biologie audit points:
    • Test VOCs from older fit-outs (many units on 3rd cycle of interiors)
    • EMF from dense server racks – request shielded electrical riser away from workstations
    • Daylight: NE facing gives good diffused light, less heat than West-facing Embassy – 20-30% lower cooling load

8. Astrology

  • Same Kanya Rashi zone as Embassy, but NE facing links to Jupiter (Ishan = Guru). Good for consulting, analytics, fintech.
  • Built 2008 – Saturn in Leo, Jupiter in Sagittarius – a strong foundation year for commercial property. For entry muhurat, Jupiter hora on Thursday morning is ideal here.
  • If your personal chart has strong Jupiter/Mercury, this park will suit more than Embassy’s Saturn-heavy West.

9. Numerology

  • C-25: C=3, 25=7, so 3+7=10=1 (Sun – leadership, brand). Very different from Embassy’s 8.
  • Plot 25: 2+5=7 (Ketu – research, IT, deep tech) – explains why many analytics firms are here.
  • Sector 62: Still 8 (6+2), but building number reduces it: Overall C-25 Sector 62 = 1+8=9 (Mars – energy, startups, fast execution).
  • Pin 201309: 2+0+1+3+0+9=15=6 (Venus – comfort, client-facing work).
  • Resultant: 1 (Sun) + 9 (Mars) + 6 (Venus) = 16 = 7 again – Ketu/analytics. So the park favors product development, R&D, not just services. If your company number is 3,5,1 this is better than Embassy’s 8.

Embassy Galaxy Business Park Noida Sector 62 Vastu Case Study

Monday, 19 October 2026 by Anand Soni

Embassy Galaxy Business Park is actually Noida Sector 62 – A-44 & 45, Sushil Marg, Block A, Industrial Area, Sector 62, Noida – 201301. Not Pune. It’s a Grade A, G+6 campus built 2007 with ~1400 parking, central AC and power backup.Coordinates: 28.62471, 77.370335 in Khora Gaon industrial belt. That location matters a lot for all 9 systems you asked about.

1. Vastu Shastra

  • Orientation: The Sector 62 grid is aligned almost true North-South. Main Sushil Marg access is from the west/south-west side. In Vastu, West-facing commercial is considered stable for IT/ITES (Shani – slow, long-term gains) but needs strong North-East to balance.
  • Strengths for office use: Rectangular plots A-44 & 45 combined give near-regular shape, good for Brahma-sthana (center kept open as atrium/lobby in these towers). Ground + 6 is low-rise Vastu-wise – less vertical dosha.
  • Watchouts: Industrial Area Sector 62 has high vehicular movement on Sushil Marg – Vastu calls this “Veedhi Shoola” if a road spears the entrance. Remedy traditionally: setback entrance, water feature or Tulsi in NE corner of your floor plate, keep NE light and open, SW heavy (records, server).
  • Best floors/corners: For a team seat, East or North facing workstations are ideal. Keep SW for leadership/HR.

2. Feng Shui

  • Form School: This is a classic “business park in a flat plain” – no mountain backing, so Tower B/A act as each other’s support. Low G+6 means Qi is not too dispersed.
  • Facing: With main entry roughly West, it falls in the 270-degree Metal direction – good for finance, contracting, IT services. To enhance wealth corner, Feng Shui would activate the SE of your unit (Xun – wealth) with light plants.
  • Challenge: Sector 62 has a lot of cutting roads and high-rise shadows now – “Sha Qi” from sharp corners of opposite buildings. Use frosted glass, curved reception desk as cure.
  • Flow: Two-block layout creates a wind corridor between towers – good for Qi circulation if not too windy. Keep reception not directly aligned to exit door.

3. Geomancy (Western / European)

  • Classical geomancy would look at the old Yamuna floodplain energy. Sector 62 was agricultural lowland until 1990s – considered “earthy, fertile” but also water-logged in old maps. Good for grounded businesses, less for highly speculative ventures.
  • The site scores well on accessibility – tri-junction of NH-24, Metro Blue Line and Sector 62 hub – in geomantic terms, a “crossroads node” which amplifies opportunity but needs containment.

4. Geodesy

  • Geodesy is pure measurement. For this site: Elevation ~200m AMSL, lat 28.62N, long 77.37E, Zone 43R UTM. The plot is geodetically stable – NCR is seismic Zone IV, so any fit-out should check building’s IS 1893 compliance.
  • True North deviation here is about 1.5° East of magnetic north – important if you are doing precise Vastu compass work. Don’t use phone compass alone; correct for magnetic declination.

5. Tiang Seri (Thai guardian spirit tradition)

  • Tiang Seri is about respect for land spirits before construction. In Noida’s industrial conversion, the tradition would say the “Jao Tee” was shifted when fields became factories.
  • For office: The practice today translates to keeping a small, clean, elevated shelf in NE of office (not religious, just respectful space), keeping site clean, and inaugurating with rice/fruit if your team follows that culture. The large trees that still exist on Sushil Marg verge are considered spirit residences – don’t cut or block them from your balcony.

6. Maharishi Sthapatya Veda

  • This is the most strict: Brahmasthan, cardinal orientation, proportions per Sthapatya formula.
  • Embassy Galaxy as a speculative commercial building was not built per Sthapatya Veda (no central Brahmasthan courtyard open to sky, not perfect east orientation, entrance not in auspicious pada). That is normal – 99% of Noida buildings aren’t.
  • If you want to apply MSV inside your unit: Choose a rectangular unit where you can leave center empty, face East while working, entrance from East or North pada, and use natural materials, low EMF lighting. You can “correct” with Maharishi Vastu’s placement of Kalash in NE.

7. Bau-Biologie (Building Biology)

  • This is the German healthy-building science – the most practical here.
  • Built 2007, so check: centralized AC may have VOCs from old ducting, 1400 basement parking means CO intrusion risk, and extensive glazing on West side means high solar heat gain in Noida summers (44°C).
  • Bau-Biologie checklist for this park:
    • Measure CO2, PM2.5, formaldehyde on your floor (Sector 62 AQI often >150 in winter)
    • Demand low-EMF wiring, shielded meeting rooms
    • Use daylight > artificial, add real plants for air ions, avoid synthetic carpets
    • Water: Noida groundwater is hard – add filtration

8. Astrology (Mundan & Business)

  • Location astrology: 28.62N, 77.37E falls in Kanya Rashi belt as per Indian geodetic division, with Capricorn Navamsa – traditionally good for service, analytics, IT.
  • Founding: 2007 was Plava year, often associated with IT boom in Noida. For your business entry, pick a date when Mercury (business) is not retrograde and Lagna is fixed sign (Taurus, Leo, Scorpio, Aquarius) for stability.
  • Name numerology link: “Galaxy” is often used for Rahu-influenced expansion – good for global clients.

9. Numerology

  • Address: A-44 & 45 = 44 + 45 = 89 -> 8+9=17 -> 8. 8 is Saturn/Shani – discipline, long-term corporate contracts, slow but solid growth. Suits B2B, outsourcing, compliance-heavy work. Not ideal for quick creative churn.
  • Sector 62: 6+2=8 again – double Saturn influence. Reinforces same theme.
  • Pin 201301: sums to 7 (Ketu – analytics, research, genomics – interestingly TCS Genomics Lab is here). For an IT lab, 7 is excellent.
  • If your business number is 1,3,5: You may feel restricted. Counter with branding in 3 or 6.

Practical takeaway if you are looking at a unit there:

You are buying into a Saturn-heavy, West-facing, stable-but-not-flashy energy node. It favors established IT, KPO, back-office. If you take it, do 3 things that satisfy almost all 9 systems at once:

  1. Take East/North facing unit, keep NE empty/light, SW heavy.
  2. Fix environment – air filtration, low-glare daylight, acoustic treatment. That satisfies Bau-Biologie and also Feng Shui Qi.
  3. Choose entry date consciously – Shukla Paksha, Wednesday or Thursday, avoid Rahu Kaal.
