Embassy Galaxy Business Park Vastu Case Study

by Anand Soni / Monday, 19 October 2026 / Published in Vastu / Fengshui Case Study

Embassy Galaxy Business Park is actually Noida Sector 62 – A-44 & 45, Sushil Marg, Block A, Industrial Area, Sector 62, Noida – 201301. Not Pune. It’s a Grade A, G+6 campus built 2007 with ~1400 parking, central AC and power backup.Coordinates: 28.62471, 77.370335 in Khora Gaon industrial belt. That location matters a lot for all 9 systems you asked about.

1. Vastu Shastra

  • Orientation: The Sector 62 grid is aligned almost true North-South. Main Sushil Marg access is from the west/south-west side. In Vastu, West-facing commercial is considered stable for IT/ITES (Shani – slow, long-term gains) but needs strong North-East to balance.
  • Strengths for office use: Rectangular plots A-44 & 45 combined give near-regular shape, good for Brahma-sthana (center kept open as atrium/lobby in these towers). Ground + 6 is low-rise Vastu-wise – less vertical dosha.
  • Watchouts: Industrial Area Sector 62 has high vehicular movement on Sushil Marg – Vastu calls this “Veedhi Shoola” if a road spears the entrance. Remedy traditionally: setback entrance, water feature or Tulsi in NE corner of your floor plate, keep NE light and open, SW heavy (records, server).
  • Best floors/corners: For a team seat, East or North facing workstations are ideal. Keep SW for leadership/HR.

2. Feng Shui

  • Form School: This is a classic “business park in a flat plain” – no mountain backing, so Tower B/A act as each other’s support. Low G+6 means Qi is not too dispersed.
  • Facing: With main entry roughly West, it falls in the 270-degree Metal direction – good for finance, contracting, IT services. To enhance wealth corner, Feng Shui would activate the SE of your unit (Xun – wealth) with light plants.
  • Challenge: Sector 62 has a lot of cutting roads and high-rise shadows now – “Sha Qi” from sharp corners of opposite buildings. Use frosted glass, curved reception desk as cure.
  • Flow: Two-block layout creates a wind corridor between towers – good for Qi circulation if not too windy. Keep reception not directly aligned to exit door.

3. Geomancy (Western / European)

  • Classical geomancy would look at the old Yamuna floodplain energy. Sector 62 was agricultural lowland until 1990s – considered “earthy, fertile” but also water-logged in old maps. Good for grounded businesses, less for highly speculative ventures.
  • The site scores well on accessibility – tri-junction of NH-24, Metro Blue Line and Sector 62 hub – in geomantic terms, a “crossroads node” which amplifies opportunity but needs containment.

4. Geodesy

  • Geodesy is pure measurement. For this site: Elevation ~200m AMSL, lat 28.62N, long 77.37E, Zone 43R UTM. The plot is geodetically stable – NCR is seismic Zone IV, so any fit-out should check building’s IS 1893 compliance.
  • True North deviation here is about 1.5° East of magnetic north – important if you are doing precise Vastu compass work. Don’t use phone compass alone; correct for magnetic declination.

5. Tiang Seri (Thai guardian spirit tradition)

  • Tiang Seri is about respect for land spirits before construction. In Noida’s industrial conversion, the tradition would say the “Jao Tee” was shifted when fields became factories.
  • For office: The practice today translates to keeping a small, clean, elevated shelf in NE of office (not religious, just respectful space), keeping site clean, and inaugurating with rice/fruit if your team follows that culture. The large trees that still exist on Sushil Marg verge are considered spirit residences – don’t cut or block them from your balcony.

6. Maharishi Sthapatya Veda

  • This is the most strict: Brahmasthan, cardinal orientation, proportions per Sthapatya formula.
  • Embassy Galaxy as a speculative commercial building was not built per Sthapatya Veda (no central Brahmasthan courtyard open to sky, not perfect east orientation, entrance not in auspicious pada). That is normal – 99% of Noida buildings aren’t.
  • If you want to apply MSV inside your unit: Choose a rectangular unit where you can leave center empty, face East while working, entrance from East or North pada, and use natural materials, low EMF lighting. You can “correct” with Maharishi Vastu’s placement of Kalash in NE.

7. Bau-Biologie (Building Biology)

  • This is the German healthy-building science – the most practical here.
  • Built 2007, so check: centralized AC may have VOCs from old ducting, 1400 basement parking means CO intrusion risk, and extensive glazing on West side means high solar heat gain in Noida summers (44°C).
  • Bau-Biologie checklist for this park:
    • Measure CO2, PM2.5, formaldehyde on your floor (Sector 62 AQI often >150 in winter)
    • Demand low-EMF wiring, shielded meeting rooms
    • Use daylight > artificial, add real plants for air ions, avoid synthetic carpets
    • Water: Noida groundwater is hard – add filtration

8. Astrology (Mundan & Business)

  • Location astrology: 28.62N, 77.37E falls in Kanya Rashi belt as per Indian geodetic division, with Capricorn Navamsa – traditionally good for service, analytics, IT.
  • Founding: 2007 was Plava year, often associated with IT boom in Noida. For your business entry, pick a date when Mercury (business) is not retrograde and Lagna is fixed sign (Taurus, Leo, Scorpio, Aquarius) for stability.
  • Name numerology link: “Galaxy” is often used for Rahu-influenced expansion – good for global clients.

9. Numerology

  • Address: A-44 & 45 = 44 + 45 = 89 -> 8+9=17 -> 8. 8 is Saturn/Shani – discipline, long-term corporate contracts, slow but solid growth. Suits B2B, outsourcing, compliance-heavy work. Not ideal for quick creative churn.
  • Sector 62: 6+2=8 again – double Saturn influence. Reinforces same theme.
  • Pin 201301: sums to 7 (Ketu – analytics, research, genomics – interestingly TCS Genomics Lab is here). For an IT lab, 7 is excellent.
  • If your business number is 1,3,5: You may feel restricted. Counter with branding in 3 or 6.

Practical takeaway if you are looking at a unit there:

You are buying into a Saturn-heavy, West-facing, stable-but-not-flashy energy node. It favors established IT, KPO, back-office. If you take it, do 3 things that satisfy almost all 9 systems at once:

  1. Take East/North facing unit, keep NE empty/light, SW heavy.
  2. Fix environment – air filtration, low-glare daylight, acoustic treatment. That satisfies Bau-Biologie and also Feng Shui Qi.
  3. Choose entry date consciously – Shukla Paksha, Wednesday or Thursday, avoid Rahu Kaal.
