1 . The West and South-West directions are best for heavy equipment, and since fitness centres have big machines, these are the directions most favoured by vastu for the gym. 
2 . For the flow of energy and positive Qi in the room, it is advised to have all heavy fitness machines in the West, South -West, North-West, and South-East corner. 
3 . The North quadrant is the place for lighter equipment like small dumbbells, skipping ropes, and more.
4 . Mirrors you must have them up either on the East or North walls.  
5 . The North or East walls of the gym are most suitable to have bright lights installed as per vastu shastra for a commercial gym. 
6 . Washroom or a restroom in your gym or fitness centre, it is best to build an inside facility in the North-East part .
