1 ) Precognitive dreams A precognitive dream is a type of dream that comes true as a future event.Precognitive dreaming are thought to occur between 3 am & 7 am as this is time when disgestion has been completed and the mind and the body are both relaxed . The following dreams do not foretell the future and therefore have no prophetic value
a ) Those concerning events of the previous day
b ) Those with a reasonable outside cause such as sleeping position , noise , temperature etc
c ) Those caused bu indigestion or illness
d ) Those occuring during the early part of the night
e ) Those caused by a disturbing television program , book , film etc
2 ) Lucid dreams Lucid dreaming is being aware of dreaming in the middle of a dream . You can control how the dream progresses and what you dream about . This could be for problem solving or self growth or to aid cummunication in a realtionship . You can use lucid dreaming to talk to a particular person in a dream state or to explore a situation
a ) To practice lucid dreaming . Ask before you go to sleep that you become aware of the moment when you begin to dream .Ask for particualr symbol to alert you to wake up within the dream
b ) When you wake and become aware that you are in a dream assert that you are directing the dream towards the area you wish to explore and note any answers
